For Respondent : Mr.M.Muthumanikkam, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :-For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.25 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 9(B) (1)(b) Indian Explosive Act and 4(b) of Explosive Substances Act in Crime No.25 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 18.01.2022 around 9.42AM, the respondent police was in routine rounds and they found that the accused persons were loading with home made explosive, in the bag. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent; he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he seeks for grant of anticipatory bail.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the investigation is not yet completed and that the petitioner is having 11 previous cases at his credit. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

No.1487 of 2022 5.Considering the seriousness and gravity of the offence alleged and also the facts that the petitioner is having 11 previous cases and that the investigation is not yet completed, as stated by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. sd/- 14/02/2022 / TRUE COPY / / /2022 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
