DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN.,J AND C.KUMARAPPAN.,J This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the mother of the detenue seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the person or body of the detenue namely, Charumathi, daughter of Baskar, aged 21 years before this Court and set her at liberty.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.The Petitioner is the mother of Charumathi, aged 21 years. Since her daughter is went on missing and the complaint given to the respondents-Police did not yield any result, the present Habeas Corpus Petition is filed. The Police based on the complaint given by the Petitioner , registered a case in Crime No.411 of 2023 and has made search of the missing girl and has found that due to misunderstanding 2/5
with her mother, she left the home on her own and staying in Chennai. The girl was secured and today, she is present before this Court. She wants to join with her mother, the Petitioner herein. The Petitioner is also present and she is ready to take back her daughter. 4.Recording the abovesaid submissions, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
