ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to conclude the investigation and file a charge sheet in crime No.399 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police in accordance with law within a time frame.
2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respondent would submit that the investigation has been completed and final report has been made ready and that the respondent police
is taking steps to file the final report at the earliest. One Mr. T.S.Manikandan, Sub-Inspector of Police, Alanganallur Police Station, Madurai has filed an affidavit in support of the contention.
