ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 120 (B), 406 and 420 I.P.C and under Section 5 of the TNPID Act, in Crime No.1 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners and other accused persons running a chit company in the name and style as "Thiripura Chit Funds" and having branches all over India. Since they collected money from the depositors and the said amount was not disbursed in favour of the depositors. Due to which, a case was registered by the respondent police against the petitioners. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are the collection agent and they are not the owner of the said company and they were collected money from the general public. They did not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State would submit that the petitioners along with other accused persons collected huge amount in favour of "Thiripura Chit Funds" around more than one crore. This Court has already considered the bail application of the co-accused in Crl.O.P(MD)No.2766 of 2019 and dismissed the same.

5. In view of the above dismissal of the bail application of the co-accused and the fact that there is no change in circumstances and also considering the gravity of offence involved in this case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
