3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Court as ordered by this Court, from the date on which, the order copy made ready, on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the credit of the Taluk Legal Services Authority attached to the concerned Court. Thereafter, no further extension will be given.
