PRAYER IN SA(MD) No.SR35196 of 2016:- Second Appeal against the Judgment and Decree passed in AS No.62 of 2012 dated 03.12.2014 on the file of Learned Subordinate Judge, Kovilpatti confirming the Judgment and Decree passed in OS No.14 of 2010 dated 09.02.2011 on the file of Learned District Munsif, Kovilpatti.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.PON SENTHIL KUMARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.S.PRABHU, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 544 days in filing the above appeal against the Judgment and decree dated 03.12.2014 passed in A.S.No.62 of 2012 on the file of the Sub Court, Kovilpatti.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this

petition is allowed on payment of cost of Rs.500/-, to be deposited in the Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, under SB Account No.6514082295, operated by the Registrar (Administration) for Removal of Karuvelam Trees, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
