O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents Nos.1 and 2 to instruct the respondent Nos.4 and 5 and any other police officer not to interfere into the civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondent No.6, pending before the Honourable Sub-Court, Sivagangai, in O.S.No.141 of 2011 and A.S.No.87 of 2017.

2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the 6th respondent had filed a suit in O.S.No.141 of 2011, against the petitioners and their relatives, before the Sub Court, Sivagnagai. The petitioner had filed a suit in O.S.No.104 of 2013, against the 6th respondent and the same was disposed of. Against the said Judgment and decree, the 6th respondent had filed an appeal in A.S.No.87 of 2017 and the same is also pending before the Sub Court, Sivagangai. In this regard, five criminal cases were foisted against the petitioner, out of which, three cases were ended in acquittal and two cases are pending trial.

Whereas, the 4th and 5th respondents had called the petitioner to appear before them stating that the 6th respondent had lodged a complaint against the petitioner and his family members to evict them from the suit properties. Hence, this petition has been filed. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that on the complaint given against the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed and hence, there is no interference as alleged by the petitioner. 5.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this petition is disposed of.
