2. It is seen that this is the third application for bail and the earlier two applications were dismissed by this Court on 26.11.2022 and 10.01.2023.
3. The learned counsel for the intervenor would submit that now trial commenced and the case stands posted to 21.03.2023 for examination of L.W.1 to L.W.10.
4. Taking into consideration the above facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that there is no change in circumstances of the case even after dismissal of two petitions, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
5. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
