O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents herein not to harass the petitioners herein in connection with the FIR in Crime No.36 of 2018 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Ariyamangalam Police Station, Tiruchirappalli City, Tiruchirappalli District.

2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that based on the complaint given by one Shankar, an FIR has been registered against the petitioners for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148 and 302 IPC on the file of the 3rd respondent, for the murder of his brother namely Hemanth by one Jahir Hussain and others. Based on the said complaint, the respondent police are harassing the petitioners and his family members under the guise of enquiry. Hence this petition has been filed. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that no complaint has been received by the first respondent against the petitioner and hence, the question of harassing the petitioner does not arise.

5.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this criminal original petition is disposed of.
