ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to call for the records pertaining to the Crime no.716 of 2024 dated 06.12.2024 on the file of 1st Respondent Police and quash the same.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent police submitted that after completing the investigation, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Trichy and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.2695 of 2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to file an application for further investigation in the aforesaid C.C, if not satisfied by the final report laid under Section 193(9) BNSS, 2023.
