O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to register an FIR on the basis of the complaint, dated 01.11.2017, preferred by the petitioner in accordance with law, within the time that may be stipulated by this Court.

2.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, despite service of summons on the petitioner, he did not turn up for enquiry.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that one more opportunity may be granted to the petitioner to appear for enquiry.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that if the petitioner fails to appear for enquiry, no further time will be given to him.

5.Recording the above said submissions, the petitioner is directed to appear before the third respondent police on 17.07.2018 for enquiry. If the petitioner appears for enquiry before the third respondent police on the said date, the third respondent shall conduct the enquiry and complete the same within a period of two weeks after providing an opportunity to the parties concerned.

6.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
