Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 2.The petitioner wants this Court to direct the respondent police to take action on his complaint. I am of the view that the petitioner can as well move the jurisdictional Magistrate for appropriate relief. Invocation Section 482 of CrPC in the first instance does appear to be appropriate. I therefore relegate the petitioner to go before the jurisdictional Magistrate. 3.This criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly. I make it clear that declining to entertain this petition does not cast any reflection on the merits of the allegation made by the petitioner herein. All the contentions of the petitioner are left open.
