Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused Nos.7 & 8, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 302 of IPC, in Crime No.313 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that unknown persons murdered the deceased in the evening time and non of the name is mentioned in the complaint and in the First Information Report. 3.The case of the petitioner is that he is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged in the complaint. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that A7 is having two previous cases and A8 is having three previous cases. 5.Considering the gravity of the offence and also considering the previous cases pending against the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners and hence, this petition is dismissed.
