Order : These Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.C. SUSIKUMAR,Advocate for the petitioner both cases and of MR.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent in both cases, the court made the following order:- Crl.M.P.(MD)No.964 of 2024 has been filed to modify the condition No.II imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.23561 of 2023 dated 28.12.2023. 2.Crl.M.P.(MD)No.965 of 2024 has been filed to extend the time for two weeks period for producing sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai in Crime No.566 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.23561 of 2023, dated 28.12.2023. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.

side) appearing for the State. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the defacto complainant is a money lender and for not paying the money, the defacto complainant made a complaint before the respondent police and this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner to appear before the respondent police weekly twice on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. However, there is a life threat to the petitioner, if he appears before the respondent police.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Tirunelveli Town Police Station, Tirunelveli, every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
