ORDER

This petition has been filed to grant leave permitting the petitioner to file the review petition to review the order dated 09.01.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.784 of 2025.

2. The main writ petition has been filed by the first respondent challenging the order passed by the second respondent dated 02.01.2025, thereby refused to register the settlement deed executed by the petitioner in favour of his wife on the ground that the first respondent failed to produce the original parent document in respect of the subject property. This Court by an order dated 09.01.2025, directed the registering authority to register the settlement deed without insisting upon production of the parent documents while registration.

3. According to the petitioner, the petitioner had entered into the agreement for sale with the original owner of the property and he has original title deed. Suppressing the said fact, the first respondent approached this Court and obtained order.

4. It is seen that the petitioner is no way connected with the writ petition and he was not a party in the writ petition. If he has any grievance over the original owner of the property, he can very well approach the civil Court for appropriate relief.

4. In view of the above discussions, the leave cannot be granted and the Writ Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed and the Review Application is also rejected in the SR stage itself.
