ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is the sole accused, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 24.06.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 489(B) and 489(C) of IPC, in Crime No.586 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail. 2.According to the prosecution, on 23.06.2015 the accused purchased clothes from the de-facto complainant's shop and paid Rs.1,000/- and received the balance amount and later found to be a fake note and on 24.06.2015 the accused was arrested and found in possession of Eleven 1,000/- Rupees counterfeit notes. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a lady and she is an innocent. It is further submitted that she has been in judicial custody for 66 days and she is ready to furnish Government Sureties, if she is released on bail. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner belongs to the State of Maharastra and she is not having permanent residence.

5.Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees

Ten Thousand only) with two Government sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned (*)Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required and co-operate the respondent for completion of the trial.
