CRL MP(MD). No.848 of 2021 This court directed the petitioners to surrender before the jurisdictional Special Court within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of the order dated 06.01.2021 in Crl.OP(MD)No.27 of 2021. The petitioners have sought for further extension of time.
2. This court is satisfied with the reasons stated by the petitioners in this petition and therefore, two weeks time is granted to surrender before the jurisdictional Special Court. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
