RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the conditions imposed against the petitioner / accused in Crl O.P No. 21323 of 2022 dated 05.12.2022 of reporting before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 A.M Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ASHA.B, Advocate for the petitioner and of M.VEERANTHIRAN, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE(CRL SIDE) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.21323 of 2022, dated 05.12.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.
