2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent police has filed final report as ' Action Dropped' and the case has been closed. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed as nothing survives for adjudication. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
