ORDER

This Petition has been filed to modify and relax the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.6776 of 2017 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai, as and when required by the respondent police.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition without any deviation.

4.The submissions made by learned counsel on either side disclose that in Crime No.1182 of 2017, a case has been registered against the petitioners for the offence under Section 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) IPC. As per the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the petitioners are complying with the condition without any deviation. Hence, this Court comes to the conclusion that the request made by the petitioners is a reasonable one. Due to which, this Court is inclined to modify the condition. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the order dated 18.12.2017, passed in Crl.M.P.No.6776 of 2017 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge (FAC), Madurai, is modified to that effect that the petitioners shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Madurai, once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
