2. The petitioner wants the petition mentioned land to be surveyed. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the survey was already done on 04.02.2022. The copy of the survey report along with the sketch and photographs have been handed over to the petitioner's counsel in my presence. No further order is required.

3. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. If the petitioner is having any grievance regarding the survey, it is always open to him to ventilate the same before the jurisdictional civil Court. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
