ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner/ accused No.1 to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.22 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that already the accused Nos.3 and 4 have filed Crl.O.P.(MD) No.1072 of 2015 to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.22 of 2014 and the said petition was allowed on 28.01.2015 and the First Information Report in Crime No.22 of 2014 has been quashed and it was also ordered that the first respondent has to conduct a preliminary enquiry and thereafter, it would be open to the first respondent to proceed to register a case and accordingly, the first respondent has conducted a preliminary enquiry and registered a case in Crime No.28 of 2015 and the same is still pending for investigation.

3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
