Prayer in WP(MD)Nos.10594 and 10596, 10597/2010:- Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS, directing the Respondents to implement the Selection Grade and Special Grade Scale of Pay as indicated in Schedule-II of the Tamil Nadu Revised Scales of Pay Rules 1998 at Rs.5000/- and 5500/- in WP.Nos.10594 and 10596 respectively and Rs.4000-5000/- in W.P.No.10597/2010 to the petitioner Driver from 01-01-1996 and pay all arrears within a stipulated time.

ORDER : These Petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Government Pleader for the petitioner in all the Petitions the Court made the following order:-

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J) These Petitions seeking to condone the delay of 417 days in representing the Review Applications are allowed and the delay is condoned, on condition that the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.1,500/- in each appeal. (Totally, Rupees Four Thousand and Five Hundred only) within a period of two weeks from today, to the credit of creche account, Women Lawyer's Association, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai.
