Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.SANKARA PANDIAN.J, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.6476 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.6555 of 2020, dated 04.12.2020.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first Monday of every month, till the filling of the final report and the committal proceedings are over.
