ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction restraining the first respondent from interfering in the civil dispute concerning the lease of the house between the petitioners and the wife of the third respondent.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that on receipt of the complaint from the third respondent, the respondent police is subjecting the petitioners to harassment. Hence, this petition came to be filed.

3. Per contra, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police submitted that the first petitioner is the accused in Crime No. 3 of 2026 on the file of the second respondent, relating to a POCSO Act case, in which the child of the third respondent was allegedly subjected to sexual harassment.

4. In view of the above, this criminal original petition stands dismissed. 29.01.2026 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Sm 2/4
