RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the conditions imposed upon the petitioners vide order dated 23/12/2020 made in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.7749 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.13998 of 2020, on the file of this Honourable Court Order :This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.MUTHUSARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioners vide order dated 23.12.2020 made in Crl.M.P. (MD)No.7749 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13998 of 2020. 2.The petitioners were granted bail on 04.12.2020 in Crl.O.P. (MD) No.13998 of 2020 on condition that they should appear before the respondent police daily twice at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

3.Thereafter, a relaxation petition was filed in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.7749 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13998 of 2020 and the same was ordered on 23.12.2020 by directing the petitioners to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Natham twice in a week on every Tuesday and Thursday at about 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The said relaxation order was not informed to the petitioners by their https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.892 of 2021 counsel. Thereafter, the petitioners appeared before the respondent police on 11.01.2021 and the police was informed about the above said order. Thereafter, the petitioners moved on 04.01.2021 and 19.01.2021 for being mentioned, which was also not responded. Hence, they filed the present modification petition. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioners were appeared before the respondent police till 16.02.2021. Thereafter, on 11.01.2021 they appeared before the respondent police and thereafter, they have not appeared. He would further submit that two of other accused in this case are appearing before the respondent police daily.

5.Considering the above submissions, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. sd/- 08/02/2021 / TRUE COPY / / /2021 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
