The petitioner is the father of the minor girl aged 15 years studying 11th standard in a Government School. On 09.01.2023 the minor girl gone missing and therefore, FIR was registered by the second respondent police. Thereafter, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing Habeas Corpus Petition.

2. Today, out of turn, on mentioning, the matter is taken up for consideration since the detenu been secured at Chennai and produced. The minor girl eloped with one Sabari.

3. The minor girl produced before this Court. On enquiry, she states that she was with one Sabari till Yesterday (13.02.2023) and when the police

came in search of them, the said Sabari absconded. She wants to join with her parents.

4. Recording the same, the minor girl is handed over to the petitioner. Hence, habeas corpus petition is disposed.
