ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the first respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of an enquiry.

2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent, on instructions, would contend that the complaint lodged by one Pandidurai, son of the second respondent, was registered in CSR No.653 of 2020 and after enquiry, the same was closed. 3.Mr.M.S.Jeyakarthik, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner contended that on 07.02.2021, the first respondent police called the petitioner over phone and directed him to go over to the police station. Since the petition in CSR No.653 of 2020 was already closed by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Karaikudi North Police Station, Sivagangai District, the first respondent is directed not to call the petitioner to police station in connection with the complaint in CSR No.653 of 2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
