ORDER

This Writ Miscellaneous Petition is filed to direct the Respondents to include the Petitioner in the Panel of Accountant to be promoted to the post of Sub Treasury Officer/Additional Sub Treasury Officer/ Superintendent for the year 2024-25.

2. Heard both sides, perused the materials available on record and on considering the averments made in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this Writ Petition and being satisfied with the submissions of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and in light of the Schedule-XI Clause 12 of Part-A of the Tamil Nadu Government Servants (Conditions of Service) Act, 2016, in the considered opinion, this Court is of the view that the Petitioner is entitled for inclusion of his name in the Panel Accountant to be promoted to the post of Sub Treasury Officer/Additional Sub Treasury Officer/ Superintendent for the year 2024-25.
