ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 07.01.2019 for the alleged offences punishable under sections 341,294(b),307 and 506(ii) of IPC r/w.Section 4 of TNPHW Act in Crime No.9 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. This is the second bail application filed by the petitioner and the first bail application was dismissed by this Court in Crl.O.P (MD) No.1881 of 2019 on 05.02.2019

3. There is no change in fact situation warranting grant of bail.

4. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
