ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 420 I.P.C., in Crime No. Not known of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Trichirapplli have passed an order dated 28.02.2018, whereby holding that the petitioner is responsible for gross and persistent negligence in connection with the conduct and management of the R193 Mangalam Primary Agricultural Co-operative Credit Society and thereby debarred him from acting in any of the administrative post in any of the society.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person, he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further added that the petitioner herein has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for anticipatory bail.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State submitted that as of now, no case/no enquiry is pending against the petitioner. Hence, apprehension of arrest does not arise.
