O R D E R

The present petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the third respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 4 and 5. 2.Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would contend that the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent with the third respondent was registered in CSR No.233 of 2020 on 27.12.2020 and after enquiry, it was closed on 11.01.2021, with an advise to both the parties to resolve their dispute either before the Jamath or before the competent Civil Court. 4.Recording the said submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
