The above Civil Revision Petition is filed for a direction to dispose of the suit O.S.No.223 of 2020 pending on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Karur.

2.The 'B' diary extract would show that the matter is pending for framing issues from 26.10.2021.

3.Considering the above fact, the learned Principal District Judge, Karur, is directed to dispose of the suit O.S.No.223 of 2020 on or before 31.07.2022. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition stands allowed. No costs.
