ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused Nos.2 to 4, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 120(b), 467, 468, 471, 420, 427 and 506 (ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.55 of 2012 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case and A1 was already granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.9296 of 2012 dated 23.07.2012.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of their arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli and on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

5.
