O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioners in the name of enquiry, by considering the petitioners' suit in O.S.No.14 of 2018 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Sattur.

2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that one Ramasamy, Veni, Govindaraj and Durairaj came to the petitioners' house alleging that the petitioners' father had obtained a sum of Rs.26,00,000/- as hand loan from the above said persons and they demanded them to repay the same or to execute a promissory note in favour of them in respect of the said amount. Since the petitioners refused to do so, they have lodged a complaint against the petitioners before the second respondent. The second respondent, on the basis of the said complaint is harassing the petitioners on the guise of enquiry. Hence this petition has been filed.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that on the complaint given against the petitioners, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed and hence, there is no harassment as alleged by the petitioner.

5.Recording the aforesaid +submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this criminal original petition is dismissed.
