Criminal Original Petition is filed under section 482 of Cr.P.C., to call for the records relating to the impugned charge sheet in C.C.No.246/2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Devakottai and quash the same. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s. V R Shanmuganathan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/s. M.Veeranthiran, Government Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following order:

The petition has been filed by the Petitioner, seeking extension of time for filing an undertaking affidavit as per the order of this Court made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.19533 of 2023, dated 02.11.2023.

2. Being not satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in the support of this petition, this petition is not allowed.
