O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent 2 and 3 to include the name of the petitioner in the panel of Assistants for the year 2011-2012 fit for promotion as Superintendent, drawn for the year 2022-23 in the appropriate place.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner made a representation, dated 05.01.2022 to include his name in the panel for promotion to the post of Superintendent for the year 20112012. However, the same was not considered and hence, the present writ petition is filed with the aforesaid prayer.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 05.01.2022 and to pass appropriate orders within a reasonable time as fixed by this Court.

4. Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 05.01.2022 and to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
