ORDER

The petitioner seeks the limited relief of writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to conduct survey and mark the boundaries to the petitioner's house property in Door No.73/6A in Town Survey Nos. 302/2B64, 302/2B65 at Thamothara Nagar Street, T.S.Ward No.2, Block No.8, Town Municipal Ward Number 36, Thoothukudi District.

2. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents Corporation.

3. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in the writ petition, with the consent of the parties, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4. Considering that the petitioner has made an application on 06.01.2025, there shall be a direction to the respondents to conduct the survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's property within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
