ORDER

The plaintiff in a suit for permanent injunction in O.S.No.295 of 2021 pending on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Dindigul has filed the present revision petition for expeditious disposal of the said suit.

2. According to the revision petitioner, originally he had filed O.S.No.91 of 2017 on the file of the District Munsif-cum-Judicial 1/3

Magistrate, Natham and the same was transferred to the Principal Subordinate Court, Dindigul, and was renumbered as O.S.No.295 of 2021.

3.Considering the fact that the suit is pending for the past six years and trial has already begun, this Court directs the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Dindigul, to dispose off the suit in O.S.No.295 of 2021 on or before 31.12.2023.

4. With the aforesaid observation, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
