ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A4 apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under sections 406, 420, 294(b), 506(i) of IPC, in Crime No.341 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.According to the de-facto complainant, the accused, by promising to get appointment in TELC Girls Higher Secondary School as Clerk, received Rs.6,00,000/- on 09.05.2012, but failed to keep up their words nor returned the amount.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. The learned counsel further submitted that even as per the complaint, A5 namely Yoganand had received Rs.6,00,000/- from the de-facto complainant, while the other accused were presented at that time. It is further submitted that the petitioner is a senior citizen and he is ready to comply with any condition that may be imposed by this court. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent submitted that this is a case of job racketing and the petitioner is also involved in Crime No.340 of 2015 and his earlier applications in both the crimes numbers were dismissed and there is no change of circumstances.

5.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
