FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL IN CRIME NO. 20 OF 2024 ON THE FILE OF THE RESPONDENT POLICE.
ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(2) of IPC in Cr.No.20 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that there was a wordy quarrel between the 1/3
petitioner and the defacto complainant with regard to consuming alcohol in the defacto complainant's land, due to which, the petitioner and his cousin brother stabbed the defacto complainant with aruval. Hence, the case. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case and the injured was already discharged from the hospital and hence, he prays for anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is having seven previous cases and hence, he strongly opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the previous antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
