Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct fourth respondent to give adequate police protection for the life and limp of the petitioner and his wife namely Jessy Francis Vinnarasi on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 13.01.2022.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct fourth respondent to give adequate police protection for the life and limp of the petitioner and his wife namely Jessy Francis Vinnarasi, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 13.01.2022.

2. The complaints lodged by the petitioner dated 13.01.2022 as against the fifth respondent, is pending with the file of the fourth respondent. On the strength of the said complaint, the petitioner now sought for police protection at the hands of the fourth respondent.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the fourth respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the fourth respondent and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
