O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed in Cr.M.P.No.3418 of 2015, dated 28.04.2015 by the Judicial Magistrate, Pudukkottai.

2.While granting bail to the petitioners, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pudukottai directed them to appear before the respondent police daily twice at 10.00 a.m., and 05.00 p.m., for a period of 15 days.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that they were detained under Act 14 of 1982, by an order, dated 19.02.2015 and the order was revoked on 24.07.2015 and thereafter, they were released from jail on 31.07.2015. He further submitted that the petitioners are having life threat in Pudukkottai Town and they are ready to reside at Trichy and report before the Trichy Cantonment police station.

4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

5. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall reside at Trichy and report before the Cantonment Police Station, Trichy daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

6.With the above modification, this petition is disposed of.
