ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by T. S. SIVAGNANAM, J.) The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition, challenging the impugned charge memo issued by the 2nd Respondent proceedings in D.P.No.1 of 2010 dated 22.02.2010.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of the Writ Petition final order has been passed on 15.03.2021 and aggrieved over the same, the petitioner has preferred appeal before the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority and the same has been sent by speed post on 21.04.2021. 3.In the light the same, the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. The petitioner is permitted to pursue his appeal remedy availed by him and the appeal should considered as expeditiously as possible. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
