ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] It is the case of the petitioner that his wife namely, Anbarasi, aged about 30 years and his minor son namely, Prince, aged about 10 years went missing from 19.01.2021 and that the police are not taking effective steps to secure them and on this ground, this Habeas Corpus Petition was filed.

2. During the hearing of this Habeas Corpus Petition, the alleged detenues viz., Anbarasi and Prince were produced before this Court on 25.02.2021 and they were referred for Mediation, but the Mediation failed. Since the detenues viz., Anbarasi and Prince have been secured and produced before this Court, nothing survives in this Habeas Corpus petition and the same is accordingly closed.
