ORDER

The Petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to direct the Respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action against the Respondent No.3 to 5 by conducting an enquiry.

2. It is the submission of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner had given a complaint on 10.01.2024 against the Respondents 3 to 5. Till date, no action was taken. Therefore, the Petitioner seeks direction against the Respondents 1 and 2, to take action on the complaint of the Petitioner, dated 10.01.2024.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on instructions of the Respondents 1 and 2 submits that the complaint had 2/4

been received and the same is registered as C.No.P4/NDIS/21/SDOVKM/2024 and pending with the second Respondent. Further, he submits that he will take appropriate action in the light of the Circular of the Director General of Police, Head of State Police Force, Tamil Nadu State, Chennai - 4 issued in Rc.No.892914/X1/2020 dated 12.03.2021 and the circular of the Additional Director General of Police, Chennai, issued in C.No.18/ADGP/L & O/Camp/2024 dated 09.01.2024. 4.

Recording the undertaking given by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
