To modify the condition imposed by this Honble Court in Crl.OP.(MD).No. 22843/2024 dated 06.11.2025 Para No.10, The Petitioners shall pay compensation of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) to the 2nd respondent and also file an affidavit before the Trial Court that they would not indulge in any such activities or interfere with the affairs of the defacto complainant in future, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the petitioners fail to comply with the above directions, the order passed by this Court shall stand vacated without further reference to this Court. ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP. (MD).No. 22843/2024 dated 06.11.2025 in para No.10 that the petitioners shall pay compensation of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) to the 2nd respondent and also file an affidavit before the Trial Court that they would not indulge in any such activities or interfere with the affairs of the defacto complainant in future, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, despite the petitioner having offered to pay the compensation amount to the second respondent, the second respondent has refused to receive the same.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the petitioner is directed to pay the compensation amount of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) as costs towards establishing an E-Library, to the credit of the MBHAA, in Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court Branch, Account No. 496038755, IFSC Code: IDIB000H040, MICR Code: 625019020. Accordingly, this petition is allowed. 24-02-2026 sm Note: Issue order copy on 26.02.2026.
