Pleased to set aside the judgment and decree dated 01.08.2003 and made in AS NO.26 of 1997 on the file of the Subordinate Court at Periyakulam, Madurai District, reversing the Judgment and Decree dated 24.02.1995 and made in O.S.No.693 of 1985 on the file of the District Munsiff Court, Periyakulam, Madurai District. ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.SURIYA NARAYANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.SARAVANAN, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. I am not inclined to recall the order dated 24.09.2021. If the petitioners remit a sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) as cost, payable to the High Court Legal Services committee, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, then, the petition will be numbered and then, taken up by this Court.
