ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in its order dated 21.11.2025 in Crl.M.P(MD)No.8719 of 2024 Crl.A(MD)No.694 of 2024.

2.The petitioner states that he is a coolie worker and is unable to go to work regularly to earn money for his livelihood and of his family due to Condition No.3 imposed by this Court in the aforesaid order dated 21.11.2025. Therefore, the petitioner seeks relaxation of Condition No.3. 3.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of this petition and I am satisfied with the reasons cited for relaxation of the condition No.3 of the order dated 21.11.2025 in Crl.M.P(MD)No.8719 of 2024. Hence, I am inclined to relax the condition No.3. 2/4

4.Accordingly, the petition is allowed and the Condition No.3 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders. 13.02.2026 Sn TO 1.The II Additional Special Court for NDPS Act cases, Madurai.
