2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.
3. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl OP(MD) No.8007 of 2025 on 29.04.2025 is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
